They do a fantastic job and they have a wonderful system going on and plus they can keep up with how the braces are turning out while your at home with a deal they send home to use to scan there mouth. "The people are extremely friendly here. Needed a bracket fixed and daughter’s mom was sick and couldn’t get her here at 8:30. So they worked with me to get her here at 9:20. Always good when the bathrooms in a place are clean. There’s Games for kids to wait and play. They let me pay have of her braces up front so her mom could start her monthly payment later. They walk everybody out to the lobby and that’s makes you feel important. Also greet everyone when they come out to call them back to office. Im pretty sure I have heard thank you and your welcome in the 30 minutes I’ve been here. I wish all doctors offices were like this especially dentist. I can’t stand the dentist offices so I am being very honest when I say this place is awesome. They had to fix one bracket and add a brace to get the others to move good. Daughter loves this place they are so nice to her."
"Both of my kids have Whitlock-perfect smiles! From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with the staff and Dr. Whitlock. We had no surprises, scheduling was simple, I could text and get scheduled or have questions answered, and the staff went above and beyond to deliver a wonderful experience every. single. time. No hidden costs - everything was upfront and transparent! Our hygienist, Suzy, is the kind of person you want working with your teenager - she's personable and kind, very skilled, communicates well with kids and adults, and her work ethic is admirable. Going through all of the pain of braces is no fun and you want to walk away with a perfect smile. Both my kids did thanks to the beautiful work by Dr. Whitlock, Suzy, Amanda, and the rest of the staff."

"I loved my orthodontic experience with Dr. Whitlock! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. To be honest, in the beginning I was very nervous about getting braces because I knew that I would be getting married before I was finished with my treatment and did not want wires and bands in my wedding pictures! Luckily, the Whitlock Team recommended the lingual braces. I was able to improve my dental health and have an absolutely beautiful smile on my wedding day with my braces on!!!! No one even knew :)"

"You will not find a better orthodontist. The service, professionalism and careis outstanding. The two most impressive things (which there are many)is once when I called to cancel because of a family emergency they not only canceled cheerfully with an understanding attitude but they also asked if they could PRAY for me and my family. I was in shock and overwhelmed when they offered. Dr. Whitlock also left a lasting impression on me when hecalled me the day my son received his braces to personally check on my child. I was astounded and so thankful for the call. Every visit has been wonderful to their clinic and I leave feeling confident that my son has received excellent care for his teeth. "I would like to take this time to thank Doctor Whitlock and his wonderful staff for taking such great care of both my children. They both enjoy going, especially when they get to ride in Dr. Whitlock's hummer that he provides for his customers. The driver, Lisa is so wonderful! Very professional and super sweet. It actually surprised me when she called just to let me know how the ride was with my children and that they got to Doctor Whitlock's and back to school just fine. I really appreciated the reassuring feedback and the kids really appreciated the pizza for lunch that Lisa provided to them! The staff is always so nice and it makes you feel good when all you have to do is walk in, and you are automatically checked in! They make a 100% effort to know you and your children's names. The care, from regular check ups to braces to the braces being removed, that my children have received from Dr. Whitlock and his staff is by far the best! I could not even imagine going anywhere else! If every facility and business were like Doctor Whitlock's......I think people would be smiling everyday."

"Our daughter was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate. She has had orthodontic care with the Whitlock team on an on-going basis since she was 3 years old. Dr. Whitlock and his team are highly skilled professionals. They have done a wonderful job of helping her feel comfortable and safe. The office staff are all very kind and caring, and we are always greeted with smiles on her appointment days. Anna has been through her first round of braces and headgear, and she has more to come in her future. "We love Dr. Whitlock. He's smart and fast at what he does and very nice. His entire staff is professional and fun all at the same time. My son originally got braces not for cosmetic reasons but for the health of his mouth. They were great about making sure we were set up financially so we can afford the braces. The fact that my sons smile is getting better by the day is just icing on the cake. My son recently got to ride in the hummer for his first time. I don't think he wants me to take him to his appointments anymore!! Thank you Dr. Whitlock for all you've done for my son.
