We are so excited to announce that we will be reopening our practice tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th! ??

We applaud you all as you’ve endured this time at home working, teaching your children, or just hoping for a little bit of normalcy. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces but we are asking for your help with the following:

?? When you arrive, please text us at (479) 751-1103 and wait in your car until a team member brings you or your child into the office
?? You will receive a text with a link to our Healthcare Questionnaire the day before your appointment and we ask that you complete it before you arrive
?? Please brush your teeth before your appointment as our brushing station is temporary closed for your safety
?? When your appointment is complete, we will follow up with you #virtually to go over details about your appointment and get you scheduled for your next visit with us
?? Feel free to wait in your car while your child is seen for their appointment but if you would like to accompany your child, we ask that only one family member wait in our reception area
